He trained at the Accademia Albertina in Turin, where he teaches Etching Techniques. Since 1979 he has taken part in graphics and painting exhibitions in Italy and abroad, winning prizes and great acclaim. He works with miniature images, finely woven plant material, the past re-emerging and mountain visions.
