PELLEGRINI MaxTurin (1945)
Born in Turin in 1945, Max Pellegrini attended the Albertina Academy and the Faculty of Architecture here, where he taught urban sociology and art. After his first solo show at the Il Punto gallery in 1966, with pop female portraits, he participated with the Fluxus group in the Turin art scene around the Piper. Independent artist, with a representation that evokes a surreal performance in the making, he participated in the Venice Biennials of 1980, 1982 and 2011.
