MENZIO Francesco

In Turin in 1912, he attended the Accademia Albertina for a year. He resumed studying painting after the war in Casorati's circle. In the 1920's he embarked on an extremely prolific period, exhibiting in Turin and Venice (Ca' Pesaro 1923-25, Biennales from 1926), Rome (Biennales from 1923-25), Milan and Monza, taking part in the Twentieth Century exhibitions. In 1928 he spent time in Paris. He was part of the Six Painters of Turin. He taught painting at the Accademia Albertina from 1956 to 1969.
