Genova, 1964
Trained in Turin, he lives in Calice Ligure and teaches at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Carrara. He debuted in 1989. His works are sculptures with a delicate geometry worked in iron rods covered in cotton and transparent tarlatan, playing with effects of positive/negative, light/shadow, fullness/emptiness, recalling the Gestalt analysis of visual perception of the 1960's. Recent works focus on the act of perception as a dynamic relationship.
