He presented abstract-geometric works at the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in Paris (1925). He moved to Turin in 1928, where he worked as a graphic designer and illustrator, attracting the praise of Persico, Venturi and Chessa, with his lively, fluid Matisse-inspired style.
