BAROVERO Ermanno
Turin, 1956
Painter, sculptor and etcher. He trained at the Accademia Albertina in Turin, where he later taught Etching Techniques. In the 1980's he worked on large sculptures in metal, with disjointed, spread out shapes. Since the mid 1990's he has been focusing on painting, favouring natural subjects (roses, flowers, fragments from the plant and animal world), which he enlarges and captures in ample abstract expanses. He has taken part in many international exhibitions of etchings.
